I need help feeding my Baby

Breast feeding  – we will watch you feed your baby and help  with positioning and attachment. We will advise you on what to look for to ensure your baby is getting enough milk.

Breastfeeding shouldn’t be painful, if you are having pain, we watch to see what’s wrong , and provide help to make sure you can continue feeding your baby the way you want to.

Formula feeding we will have a discussion re how much and how often your baby is feeding, ensuring the baby is gaining weight whichever way you decide to feed.

If your baby is having difficulty feeding , we can watch and assess any  feeding issues i.e. tongue tie.
