Antenatal care keeps you and your baby healthy during pregnancy. It’s a time to ask questions, and make you more confident as your pregnancy progresses and your due date gets closer.

Our classes give you the chance to discuss all aspects of labour and birth, giving you a calm and clear understanding of what will happen, what your choices are , and how to cope if things don’t quite go as planned.

In today’s busy society, it can be hard to get 1-1 antenatal care at a time that works for you and your partner. Acorn Health Visitor gives you tailored antenatal care at home, that is also fun!

How does it work?

Antenatal care with Acorn Health visitor offers 2 different 2 hour classes covering all aspects of labour, birth and the first few days with your baby.

Both Classes can either be booked separately for £175 or booked as an Antenatal package for £325 including both classes.

Labour & Birth

This 2 Hour class is tailored to you, or to you and your partner. Together we cover all aspects of the labour, including

Water births
Home birth Vs in hospital
Planned C section
Emergency C section
Induction of labour
Breech births
Birth Plan
What happens after the birth

Life with a newborn

This 2 hr class is tailored to you, or to you and your partner. Together we cover all aspects of the labour, including

Individual Breast feeding
Bottle feeding
Safe sleep
What to buy (or not)
What is having a newborn really like

We will also cover anything else that want to know. I will help you in the most effective way possible
